Processing Time All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
International Shipping
Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Return & Refund Policy
Your experience matters to us. If something isn't right with your Glow order, we'll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be new and unused to be eligible for a return. Used items cannot be returned.
Refunds & Exchanges We want you to love your Glow purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund. For other eligible returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help find the best solution.
